The members believe that every child deserves the chance to explore his/her musical potential and share the joy of music with a broad community. By offering access to instruments, lessons and performance opportunities, Inspiring Young Musicians Inc. aims to inspire creativity, build confidence and self-esteem, enhance the team spirit and foster a lifelong love for music in New England's next generation. In the longer term, the aim is to further establish Armidale as one of Australia's top musical centres.Also, it is vital to reach out into the community to expand music genres and promote culture at every opportunity,
